Malaysian shareholders, invites applications from qualified sound dynamic professionals for following position:
Location : Dhaka, Chattogram, Barisal, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Jashore Division
Job Context
This position is responsible to build strong business portfolio and profitability of the Branch i.e. accountable for achieving set
targets of assigned team in terms of Assets and Liabilities. Should be capable to manage all activities of the branch banking
with high ethical standards, complying with both internal and external regulations.
Job Responsibilities
• Ensure Branch Profitability i.e. accountable for achieving set targets of assigned team in terms of
Assets and Liabilities.
• Develop and maintain a high quality client portfolio.
• Monitor market & competition indicators and formulate strategies to acquire new relationships and
maintain existing client to increase profitable market share.
• Build goodwill of the Bank by providing excellent service
• To manage a big or moderate level Branch which involves growing business in terms of the loan,
liabilities, customer base and revenue.
• Grooming the skills of staff and keep the team highly motivated.
• Manage all other activities of the branch with high ethical standard and complying with both internal and
external compliance.

Educational Requirements
• Masters degree in any discipline
• Masters/ MBA major preferably in Finance, Management, Marketing or Economics from a reputed University
with good academic record (CGPA 3.0 and above)
Experience Requirements
Additional Requirements
• Knowledge of Islamic Banking and Trade Finance is a PLUS.
• Excellent cliental base for Corporate, SME & Retail Business.
• Adequate knowledge about the products & services of financial markets, working experience at any
multinational Bank will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities (Sales Officer – Assets) • Act as the single point of contact between the bank and customers. • Generating new business by identifying potential customers (Corporate, SME or Retail). • Achieve individual monthly sales targets in terms of Asset. • Building relationship with existing and new clients by ensuring proper services. • Explore market for new Business opportunities and report to Line Manager for potential leads that fit into Bank's Business Policy. • Analyze and inspect the market accurately to enhance business growth. • Making regular call and customer visit to maintain the existing customer's portfolio as well as booking new relationship. • Maintain existing portfolio with ensuring timely renewal of the facilities.
