Relationship Manager, Employee Banking

Job Responsibilities
    On-boarding new Employee Banking companies by following the standard process, with a special focus on multinational, development and government organizations
    Maintaining relationship with existing Employee Banking companies which are assigned as portfolio
    Ensuring salary account opening in on-boarded companies and salary disbursement in those accounts
    Driving achievement of business targets e.g. number of Employee Banking accounts, deposit volume, number of credit cards, loan disbursement
    Conducting customer engagement programs and maintaining daily correspondence with Employee Banking clients
    Liaising with critical internal stakeholders, mainly Corporate Banking and Branches for relationship management with Employee Banking companies/clients
    Liaising with critical external stakeholders such as strategic allies for the betterment of Employee Banking proposition
    Being well-informed about Employee Banking propositions of both BRAC Bank and its competitors
    Ensuring all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met

    Minimum Bachelor's Degree with a satisfactory academic track record

Additional Requirements
    Minimum 3 years of work experience (experience in Sales/ Relationship Management roles will be given priority)
    Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence among peers, candidates, and hiring divisions and departments.
    Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
    Ability to work under stress and adaptive to changes
    Passion for exceeding stakeholders' expectations at all time
